MS Student Drop Off/Pick Up Area Print E-mail

Parents providing transportation are to drop off and/or pickup up their middle school student at the area located between parking lots F & G after entering the campus from E. Oregon Road.  Middle school students must enter and exit the school through the main front doors. Once students exit the building at dismissal, they are not permitted to reenter.

Remember when your child needs to take medication in school other than Tylenol, Maalox, Benadryl, Aleve, or Advil at their normal dosage, you need to have completed the "Medication Permission Form."  Then send the completed form along with the medication in its original labeled container to school to be delivered to the Health Room.  Nurses are not permitted to dispense medication without doctor and parental permission.

Directions for getting started: 

  • Login to http://k12.mtwp.net/parents
  • Click on the Parent Portal Application and Acceptable Use Policy Form.  Keyword = sapphire
  • Read the Acceptable Use Policy and complete the form. Questions? Please email the Tech Dept at k12parent@mtwp.net
  • Print the form and bring it (not signed) with your photo ID to a Parent Night/Open House.
  • If you do not complete the process above, you can still sign up at Parent Night - just bring your Photo ID.

If you cannot attend an Open House, you can bring your Photo ID and form to Faye Will at the

Manheim Township District Office (Directions)
Tech/Media Department (2933 Lititz Pike).

Faye is available between 7:30 and 3:30 Monday to Friday. We suggest you call first (717-519-1500).

Announcing the new Homework Connection (formerly the Homework Hot line). As a parent, you will be able to monitor your child's daily homework. At the current time, Neff 6 grade and the Middle School will be participating.
